Hand Delivery - only for orders $300 and up
If you live within driving distance to our studio in
Orlando, Florida, and your order totals $300 or more, you may bring your recordings in. Please be sure
to read the Important
Hand Delivery Guidelines
below. We do not accept hand delivery for
orders less than $300. For orders less than $300 please use a
delivery service, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. It is fast (1 day
service), safe and saves a lot of time and gas!
Delivery Guidelines for
orders $300 and up:
1) Please place the order for your transfer using our on-line order form
and bring along the print-out (or place a phone order with us) in
advance of your hand delivery. Your hand-delivered order will be
picked up by our staff at the door in the same manner we receive
deliveries from USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
2) Please set an appointment with us at least one day in advance of
your anticipated hand delivery (appointments set M-F, 9am-4:30pm).

3) We know that some customers would like to spend some time with us
discussing, test-listening to their recordings, perhaps getting our
evaluation of the recordings and restoration techniques, etc. We
apologize but unfortunately we do not have the facilities, necessary staff
or price structure to accommodate this. We are set up as an Internet
operation. As such, we have published on our Web site all the
information needed for evaluating our services and placing transfer and
restoration orders on-line (or with phone assist).
|| "Normal" turnaround time is an average. Like a busy Interstate, we have peak times, traffic jams and light traffic days. Just as on a highway it is not productive to get stressed out or to yell and scream when the traffic is heavy, it is not productive to get stressed out if an order is caught in traffic and is not completed in the "average" turnaround time. It is in everybody's interest that each order is processed carefully. Phone or email inquiries about the status of an order clog the system and slow down everyone's order. Our on-line
Order Tracking System provides detailed information, is free and automatic. (Please note that the STUDIO PROCESSING phase is the longest, and occasionally orders spend what seems like a long time there)
We kindly ask our customers to use the on-line Order
Tracking System instead of calling for status updates.
||It is essential that we have good email
communication with our clients. Email is our preferred form of
communication. Because of various email filters we are having
increasing trouble communicating via email with our clients. Your
order may be SEVERELY delayed if your email filters are blocking important
email communications from us. Please be sure to open a clear path
for email from our domains to reach you (we will be unable to fill out spam-blocker approval
request forms, etc.). Incidentally, we do not maintain
or sell mailing lists, so you do not have to fear that we will use your
email for SPAM.
